“₁Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. ₂My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: ₃Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God” (Deuteronomy 32:1-3).

Members of this department are responsible for the following:

Ø Ensure that the dates, venues, and time of forthcoming programs are received from the pastor, months ahead of these programs.

Ø Find out from the appropriate church authority – in writing – what kind of publicity is to be carried out towards an upcoming program.

Ø Liaise with the church authority on the electronic or print media houses to patronize, for the production of the publicity materials.

Ø Liaise with the selected electronic media house – Television, Radio or Internet – on the preparation of the publicity materials.

Ø Liaise with the selected print media house – Newspapers, Publishers, Printers, etc – on the preparation of the publicity materials.

Ø Evaluate costs of these materials, get approval from the church authority, and apply for them.
